StillerStrong
Hey Guys. I just saw this come through the Twitter machine and felt that it would be good to share it with you. Ben Stiller, who is one of my favourite comedians, has taken it upon himself to try and raise money for a school in Haiti.
This is really cool.
It is always amazing (well at lest for me ), when a celebrity takes the time to do charity work for others. Too many people are out there that only concentrate on themselves, so its just cool to see it when people are doing things for others.
My hat goes off to you Ben. (Well that is if I had a hat.)
By the way, if you are interested in learning more about what Ben is doing, just hope over to StillerStrong.org.

World Aid’s Day
Today is World Aids Day.
For must of us its probably just another day. I know that it was for me. I completely forgot that today was World Aids Day when I woke up this morning and if I hadn’t seen anything online (actually on Twitter), I may have continued throughout my day without so much as a thought for what else is going on in the world.
I find that sad.
According to worldaidsday.org, 2 million people last year died of Aids and there are currently 33.4 million people currently living with HIV worldwide. I’m not sure what everyone circumstances are. If it was lifestyle choices, rape or some kind of accident that lead to all these people getting this virus. I just know that something needs to be done to stop it.
For most of us this is probably a Gay disease. Something that Gay men and bisexuals get. But we need to stop concentrating on that since the children are suffering for this view point. Lets do something for the kids.
It is disturbing to think that 2.1 million children are now living with Aids. What have they done? It is fairly obvious that something needs to be done for these kids. They didn’t do anything wrong. Most of them were probably born with it (having it past from there parents).
Now I know that I’m no Bono or Sir Bob Geldof. But I feel I have a responsibility for trying to encourage you to do something about Aids. If you want to donate money, just do a search online for World Aids Day and there are a number of organizations that out there. Worldaidsday.org appears to be a UK site. Avert.org is an international charity, and Unaids.org is the UN site. And for those Canadians, Cdnaids.ca is the site for the Canadian Aids Society.
Lets do something to help change the World this year. Thank you.
